Pumpkin & Mascarpone Ravioli with Graham Cracker Breading

Ingredients
- 4-5 ea plate Pumpkin Mascarpone Ravioli 35776
- 1 Box Graham Crackers
- ½ Cup Flour
- ½ Cup Corn Starch
- ~2 Cups Water
- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Fresh Mint
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Heat fryer or frying oil to 350F.
- Crush graham crackers into a fine powder crumble that.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, and water. Slowly add water until the mixture becomes similar to that of pancake batter.
- From frozen, dip the ravioli into the batter and lightly coat it. Transfer to the graham cracker crumbs and evenly coat. Set aside until ready to fry.
- Once oil is heated, fry ravioli in oil until outside is golden crunchy and inside is heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
- To plate, scoop ice cream onto plate. Place fried ravioli around. Top with powdered sugar and fresh mint. Enjoy.
Notes
- Add chocolate sauce over top.
- Add any fresh fruit, raw or warm cooked.
- Pair with an espresso or hot chocolate.
