Fresh Mint
Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Heat fryer or frying oil to 350F.
Crush graham crackers into a fine powder.
Mix flour, cornstarch, and water. Slowly add water until the mixture becomes similar to that of pancake batter.
From frozen, dip the ravioli into the batter and lightly coat it. Transfer to the graham cracker crumbs and evenly coat. Set aside until ready to fry.
Once oil is heated, fry ravioli in oil until outside is golden crunchy and inside is heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
To plate, scoop ice cream onto plate. Place fried ravioli around. Top with powdered sugar and fresh mint. Enjoy.
Notes
Add chocolate sauce over top.
Add any fresh fruit, raw or warm cooked.
Pair with an espresso or hot chocolate.
