Marinated Steak with Fried Truffle Sacchetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Truffle Sacchetti 25009
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 TBSP Dried Oregano
- 1 TBSP Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 Flank Steak
- ½ Cup Your favorite marinade *see note below
Instructions
- Gather ingredients. Let steak marinate for desired amount, about 4 hours for flank steak.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, oregano, and chopped parsley.
- Heat a grill to medium high heat. Grill steak, about 4 minutes on each side until desired level of doneness is achieved. Let it rest for several minutes.
- While the steak is resting, heat fryer or frying oil to 350F.
- Gently add truffle Sacchetti to fryer and fry for about 2-3 minutes. If pasta is slightly thawed, check at 1-2 minutes.
- Once golden and crisp, remove Sacchetti from fryer and toss in the cheese and herb mixture to evenly coat.
- To plate, slice steak and lay on plate. Add fried Sacchetti to the side. Garnish with any remaining cheese and herb mixture over top. Serve with side salad or other shareable vegetables. If plating for entrees, simply divide steak and Sacchetti into 2 smaller plates.

- Use your favorite marinade, or for a quick Rosemary Steak Marinade try:
- ¼ C Soy Sauce, ¼ C Olive Oil, 2 TBSP Honey, 2 Cloves garlic minced, 2 TBSP Chopped Rosemary, 1 TSP Salt, 1 TSP Black Pepper.
