Pumpkin & Mascarpone Ravioli with Graham Cracker Breading

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 ea plate Pumpkin Mascarpone Ravioli 35776
  • 1 Box Graham Crackers
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Corn Starch
  • ~2 Cups Water
  • Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • Fresh Mint
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat fryer or frying oil to 350F.
  • Crush graham crackers into a fine powder crumble that.
  • Mix flour, cornstarch, and water. Slowly add water until the mixture becomes similar to that of pancake batter.
  • From frozen, dip the ravioli into the batter and lightly coat it. Transfer to the graham cracker crumbs and evenly coat. Set aside until ready to fry.
  • Once oil is heated, fry ravioli in oil until outside is golden crunchy and inside is heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  • To plate, scoop ice cream onto plate. Place fried ravioli around. Top with powdered sugar and fresh mint. Enjoy.

Notes

  • Add chocolate sauce over top.
  • Add any fresh fruit, raw or warm cooked.
  • Pair with an espresso or hot chocolate.
