Instructions
Gather and prepare ingredients. Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium sauté pan, heat vegetable oil. Add shallots and garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds and add the kale. Continue to cook until kale starts the wilt and break down.
Add the alfredo sauce and remove from the heat.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ravioli per instructions. About 3 minutes.
In a medium cast-iron pan or baking dish, combine the alfredo mixture and ravioli. Sprinkle parmesan and fontina cheese over the top.
Place in oven and bake about 15-20 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and cheese on top is starting to become golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for several minutes. The pan and contents will be very hot.
To plate, evenly divide the mixture between plates and garnish with parsley or fresh herbs.
Notes
Add grilled chicken or shrimp.
Add other season vegetables to the mixtures or on the side.
Try other JGP ravioli such as cheese ravioli, beef ravioli, or swap out other JGP sauces such as marinara or Bolognese. Any combination of the above can be interchanged to make easy bakeable
