1Tomato
Lettuce
¼CupBurger Sauce *see notes
1CupFlour
~1Cup Water
1CupSeasoned Italian Panko Breadcrumbs
Vegetable Oilabout 1 cup, enough to cover bottom of pan about ½” Or use deep fryer.
Instructions
Prepare ingredients. Slice tomato. Cut lettuce into slider size pieces.
Combine water and flour until batter-like consistency, about enough to coat the back of a spoon. Using as many ravioli as needed, dip ravioli into the batter, then into the panko breadcrumbs. Set it aside.
Prepare burger buns. Toast top and bottom of buns if desired.
When ready to prepare, heat oil to 350F. Fry ravioli about 3pc at a time until outside and golden brown and inside is fully cooked and heated through.
Assemble the sliders: Place 1 ravioli per bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and any burger sauce or condiments desired. Top with and plate. Serve with fries or other sides. Enjoy.
Notes
For mac sauce use:
½ C Mayo, 2 TBSP Sweet Relish, 2 TSP Yellow Mustard, ½ TSP Garlic Powder, ½ TSP Onion Powder.
Use any favorite burger sauce or condiments.
Add other toppings such as pickles, jalapenos, crunchy onion straws etc.
Great as a shareable app or whole meal with added sides.
