While fryer is heating, in a large bowl, combine parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, and crushed red pepper.
Once fryer is heated to temperature, add gnocchi and fry for 3-5 minutes, until the outside is golden brown and inside is cooked fully through.
When the outside is golden brown, remove gnocchi from the oil and allow excess oil to drain for a moment.
Add the fried gnocchi to the bowl with the cheese mixture. Toss the gnocchi to evenly coat with cheese and herbs, the mixture should stick to the gnocchi.
To serve, scoop gnocchi onto a plate and top with additional cheese mixture. Serve with one or several dipping sauce sides. Enjoy.
