Roasting or grilling fresh Portobello mushrooms brings out their earthy flavor and aroma. Joseph’s Pasta buys truckloads of Portobello mushrooms, and we roast them in-house. To get a perfectly delicious result we simply season them with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and cracked black pepper, then roast them until they are caramelized and juicy.
