Culinary Team
Since our inception, a culinary perspective has driven our success. Every product, machine and process is designed with a complete understanding of our customers’ challenges and needs for a solution. To support this perspective, we have chefs working in many departments.
Our sales people are chefs by trade and have an in-depth knowledge of flavors and food pairings as well as the daily challenges of a professional kitchen. Together with our customers we can develop new dishes and concepts – from ideation to menu rollout.
To support product development, we have invested in a test kitchen and pilotline facility with duplicates of every piece of equipment used in Joseph’s proprietary filled pasta process and staffed it with experienced chefs. Every new product concept is created in our kitchen with the same attention to individual ingredients and processes as in our customers’ kitchens.
